On March 24, Impact Teen Drivers will be joining Bill McAnally Racing to present a teen/parent safety fair at the All American Speedway in Roseville. Teens and parents will learn about distracted and inexperienced driving and how to keep themselves and others safe on the road. Participate in activities such as driving a racecar on the track and meeting former Nascar driver Bill McAnally. There will also be drawings for prizes!

Colleagues and friends are searching for the missing sign made to commemorate Officer Harvey "Hobbs" Griswold. Officer Griswold's life was cut short in a 1950 car crash, and the sign had been posted for years at the California Highway Patrol station in Newhall.

Jonathan D. Hobson will get a special commendation from the Rancho Cordova CHP office for his help in catching and detaining a hit and run suspect.

CHP Officer Jeff Cooley helped save a three year old girl who was the sole survivor of the 1952 Chester Massacre. Last Friday, the survivor, Sondra Jones, attended the award ceremony.
