Contest for teens and young adults to raise awareness about Distracted Driving
Brought to you by California Casualty
Do you have a young person in your life (son, daughter or grandchild, etc.) who would like to help speak out in their community about the No. 1 killer of young people – distracted driving? California Casualty, founding partner of Impact Teen Drivers, is promoting the “Create Real Impact Contest (CRI).” CRI calls on students, ages 14-22, to showcase their solutions and strategies to stop car crashes caused by reckless and distracted driving. Students submit one entry in one of the four categories: creative writing, video, graphic design, or music, in either English or Spanish. There are individual grand-prize winners in each category and the opportunity to win money through bonus points! The deadline to enter is Thursday, April 28 at 2:00 p.m. PT.
