Donate leave credits for family of Contra Costa Officer

Officer Sean Fuller, I.D. 20649, of the Contra Costa Area, passed away suddenly on January 6, 2023. He was recently diagnosed with cancer and was undergoing treatment when he unexpectedly collapsed at home and passed away shortly thereafter. He is survived by his wife and three children, ages 5, 8, and 12.

The Commissioner has granted approval for a collection of leave donations in accordance with the current Bargaining Unit 5 Memorandum of Understanding. Officer Fuller’s wife, Karley Fuller, is the designated recipient. The Commissioner has authorized credit donations equivalent to the amount of $50,000.

How to Donate Leave Credits

Complete a CHP 207, Financial Assistance Authorization form, and forward it to Personnel Transactions Unit (PTU), Attention: Tina Anderson.

Credits must be donated in one-hour increments from CTO, annual leave, vacation, or personal leave. The time donated will be converted to provide direct financial assistance to the Fuller Family. Donations will be accepted through February 16, 2023.
