The CAHP Health Benefits Trust Plan (CAHP-HBT) is designed and
administered by CHP officers for CAHP members. Since the CAHP-HBT
is self insured, any plan savings are passed on to CAHP members.
The CAHP Dental and Long Term Disability Trusts work the same
way.
We are excited to announce a new weight management program
through Livongo that will help you reach your New Year’s goals.
The program makes living healthy and managing weight easier to
do, with a smart scale, guidance on healthy habits and
personalized health coaching.
Eligibility: The program is available at no cost
to members enrolled in the CAHP Health Benefits Trust plan and
their covered adult dependents with a BMI of 25 or greater. You
may not qualify if you are pregnant or have a BMI that is lower
than the program minimum.
If you are under age 65 and move outside of California, your CAHP
Health Benefits will be greatly reduced. Watch this video to find
